Events like drawing, photography, singing, and even a science mela offer diverse options for personal and fulfilling discovery.
We organized drawing competition in Ahmednagar which witnessed students’ creativity through colourful drawings. The event was conducted on 3rd August, 2019 at Laxminarayan Mangal Karyalay. Students freely expressed their thoughts through thoughtful drawings on different topics. More than 500 students participated at the event.
The kids thoroughly enjoyed the Bubble and magic show conducted by us on 10th August, 2019 at Saraswati Sanskrutik Hall, Ahmednagar. It was an open event attended by more than 200 children from different schools. Not only the children but even their parents had a great time. They were all enchanted by the magic show. Each act was applauded very well. Bansimaharaj Mithaiwala – were the main partners for the event.

Story is the one of the most effective way of communicating an idea especially to kids. We witnessed an interesting Inter-school story telling competition conducted on 16th August at Khandelwal School. The students performed spectacularly narrating their favourite stories using creative props, voice modulation and impressive expression. Best story tellers received prizes. We had the opportunity to hear more than 100 stories at the event. With spectacular confidence every participant turned into a story teller!
Environment pollution is a pressing issue and our future generations should be aware about it. To promote this initiative, we conducted an Eco-friendly Ganpati idol making workshop on 25th August, 2019 at Janorkar Mangal Karyalay, Akola. It was honored by the presence of our special guest Mr. Jitendra Papalkar, (Collector). He not only distributed certificates to the kids but also participated with them in making the idol. We saw participation in large numbers with an estimate 1000 students attending the event. The kids were very enthusiastic about the activity. They made Ganesh idols from clay with devotion, passion and creativity. Children along with their parents had a great afternoon.

The kids had a ball, rolling in skates in the Jilha Stadium on 29th August, 2019. The kids had all their protective gears on while they were drifting though the stadium. Slipping and falling seemed like a part of the competition; it did not take away the smile from the kids’ faces. The contestants had prepared well and competed with a sportsmen spirit. We received 200 entries for the competition.
We hosted a cyclothon at Vijaya School on 1st August, 2019. The sports activity was attended by more than 600 students. Peddling though the school ground, kids competed with each other and showed off their skills. The event saw more than 600 participants.

We saw children participate as anyone from Gandhiji to Sachin Tendulkar, from soldier to farmer, all at the fancy dress and fashion show event conducted by Lokmat on 11th August at the Yashodaya Multipurpose Hall, Jalgaon. Parents had put a lot of effort in dressing up their kids as different characters and things. The kids were very excited about their costumes and spoke confidently on stage. The kids walking on the ramp for the fashion show were full of grace and elegance; they radiated confidence the same as professional models. We received an unexpected 650 entries for the event.
